Salary```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding bar experience. ```Duties:``` - Manage and supervise bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the bar - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure consistent quality - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training opportunities ```Experience:``` - Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry - Strong knowledge of bar operations, including drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Proficient in math and retail math for inventory management and cost control purposes - Understanding of food handling regulations and best practices - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures - Experience in brewing or knowledge of craft beer is a plus If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.
