Position:Bar Manager
Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus tips

Job Requirements
- A hospitality-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lead by example while supporting and developing a team
- A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails
- Collaborates with Overture staff to increase communication regarding events, identifies creative ways to build sales, and develops and markets specialty drinks
- Builds strong relationships with all members of management, including BOH, and works to maintain positive communication within the team
- Attends weekly manager and BEO meetings, contribute where necessary
- Understands all bar equipment operations, bar storage areas and maintains organization and preventative maintenance schedule
- Ability to manage and record inventory accurately and efficiently each period
- Maintains relationships with all beverage vendors and completes beverage orders each week
- Manages events including all following steps: FOH prep, setup, execution, and breakdown following the conclusion of events
- 2 or more years of bartending experience, management experience is preferred
- Will be required to obtain ServeSafe Food Manager License and Operator License upon hire
