Pay: $70000-$80000 / year
+ quarterly bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Help oversee all aspects of bar and restaurant operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining par levels to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and implement innovative and seasonal cocktail menus that complement our culinary offerings and cater to the preferences of our clientele.
- Train, motivate, and supervise bar staff, providing guidance on proper techniques, customer service standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability while upholding quality and service standards.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to enhance the overall bar experience for our guests.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area at all times.
Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, with a passion for mixology and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in POS systems and other bar-related software applications.
- TIPS or equivalent certification in responsible alcohol service preferred.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
