Duties:
- Set up, break down, and deliveries of all functions.
- Executes daily function sheets.
- Keeps all banquet areas clean and organized.
- Maintains good attendance record and adheres to all work schedules.
- Coordinates with the banquet captain on Banquet Setups.
- May assist with service of functions, as needed.
- Performs duties to established standards.
- Maintaining vehicles at the end of the day.
- Maintaining proper grooming standards.
- Responsible for proper moving of equipment.
- Must have respect of equipment at all times.
- Demonstrates proper radio etiquette.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
- Able to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Capable of lifting tables, chairs, audio/visual equipment and related banquet items.
- Personable; neat appearance.
- Valid GA driver's license with a good MVR.
Schedule:
- Food & Beverage operates 6-7 days per week. Must be flexible to work either AM or PM shifts.
