Some Key Areas of Responsibilities for the Part-Time Hotel Banquet Set Up include:
- Set room layout to meet customer requirements as per function sheet or BEO.
- Act as a food runner and busser during banquet functions.
- Handle equipment with care and in good repair.
- Maintain a clean storage area.
- Assist guests in any function or meeting room requirement.
