The Hillcrest Banquet Server will set quality tables and serve first class meals to Club members and their guests according to well-established rules of etiquette at private and club events of all sizes. From small meetings to lavish weddings and parties, both indoors and out, the Banquet Server will ensure all the requests and expectations of the member sponsoring an event are met, that their guests receive the first-class service the club is known for, and that all food and beverage needs are met. The Banquet Server will be an experienced individual capable of working events of all types and sizes, as well rotating among the Club's restaurants including the Dining Room, Grill Room, Patio, Courtside Cafe and Pool Cafe. He or she will be a customer service expert with deep knowledge of the club's services, facilities and standards. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, speak English and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Two years' previous server experience in a similar luxury environment
- Knowledge of food, wine and fine dining service standards
- A service-oriented personality
- Possession of a pleasant and caring manner with everyone. Warm, friendly and outgoing without being overbearing.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders in English; to follow oral and written instructions and to memorize necessary information.

- Exceptional grooming habits, maintaining a clean and complete uniform as designated by Management

Preferred:
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish
- Current Food Handler and TIPS Certification
- High School diploma
- CPR Certified
