Responsibilities:
● Lead and supervise banquet events.
● Train staff and manage day-of operations.
● Communicate effectively with teams and clients.
● Design floor plans and over see event execution.
● Conduct server training and handle administrative tasks.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree preferred.
● CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
● Minimum four years of banquet service experience.
● Strong communication and leadership skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Flexible schedule availability.
