We are searching for experienced Banquet Cooks to work in our busy Banquet Kitchen. We want professionals who have a passion for the culinary arts. We host over 220 wedding receptions AND hundreds of corporate events each year in our 48,000 square feet of meeting and event space. We have four ballrooms and numerous meeting rooms! This is a BUSY place. Not to mention the renovations in process that will be adding a 15,000 square foot ballroom for large conferences and celebration of special events!

Pay starts at $19/hour - based on experience.
Requirements:
The ideal candidates will understand that we are open seven days a week.
Applicants must be available to work weekdays/evenings, weekends and holidays.
A flexible schedule availability is a must.
We need cooks with....
High volume banquet and/or restaurant experience
Excellent knowledge of how to prepare exceptional food
Training in proper food health, safety and cleanliness procedures
Able to follow instructions and get along with fellow associates
Able to maintain a positive attitude during sometimes long, high-volume shifts
