The Banquet Captain will be responsible for executing events sold by our Miraval sales team from hands-on set-up to break down. This includes sourcing needed materials, completing room sets, managing banquet servers, bartenders, and house people, and communicating any guest needs to the Sales Team.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift a heavy amount of weight
• 5 years’ previous experience in events/banquets
• Previous leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Focus on hospitality and guest interaction that is in line with Miraval standards
• Open availability to include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
