Banquet Bartender/Fine Dining Bartender
Job Title: Banquet Bartender and/or Fine Dining Bartender
Reports to: Management Team—General Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Food and Beverage Director, Event Coordinator, Director of Events, Executive Chef
Wage status: Hourly+ service charge
Qualifications: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, team player attitude, ability to multitask, attention to detail and quality, have basic knowledge of cocktail building, wine, and beer selections, and must be able to recommend drinks based on guests interests.
Experience: 1 year of bartending experience; preferably fine dining bartending
Communication: Must be able to communicate with a diverse work force, which includes servers, guests, members and management team.
Physical Demands: Must be able to move quickly; must be able to stand for long periods; must be able to lift, push, and pull 20 pounds.
Psychological Demands: Must be able to work with sense of urgency; must possess the ability to multitask; must pay close attention to details.
Work Demands: Must be able to stay calm and fulfill the requests of multiple guests simultaneously without getting flustered.
La Crosse Country Club’s banquet bartenders will work a variety of conditions. Shifts can vary from indoors to outdoors.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $20.76 per hour
