Overview:
National Debt Relief (NDR) is currently seeking a hands-on highly motivated, and detail-oriented Banking Manager who is dedicated to serving the best interests of our clients. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure all teams and processes in the Banking department are performing efficiently and timely.
The successful candidate will be a highly professional communicator, a rapid learner, and an excellent listener. They will be able to oversee escalated issues between multiple departments and ensure these issues are completed timely. The Banking Manager will report to the Director of Banking. In the starting months, they will work directly with the Director of Banking to learn all Banking processes. They will take over processes across the department as the main point of contact internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling escalated files from internal teams.
- Build relationships with creditors and NDR leadership to better resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish ownership of multiple processes ensure everything is meeting SLAs.
- Oversee the successful development and implementation of new procedures.
- Become a subject-matter expert on all Banking related subjects.
- Identify areas of improvement to existing policies and procedures.
- Maintain an environment that fosters continual growth, peer to peer learning, and an overall positive work environment.
- Work with 3rd party partners.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- 6 years’ overall experience required, preferably with 3 years in a leadership capacity
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communications skills and be able to provide clear expectations when collaborating with other NDR departments.
- Comfortable questioning current processes while offering improvements.
- Strong analytics and critical thinking skills.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute ideas to a broad team and empower others to do the same.
- Must be extremely reliable, dependable, and responsible.
- Strong people skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $110,000-$132,750 annual. Benefits:
