Banking Customer Service Representative 3pm-11:30pm
Job Summary:
The Account Services Representative is a back-office Customer Service position that will perform accurate data entry related to the 3 on-line Bank accounts based on the banks procedures and policies.
Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
- The ASR is required to carry out the instructions of the customer provided all product and department criteria are met.
- Must have a good understanding of all procedures and must communicate effectively with the customer in order to obtain all required documents to complete the customers’ instructions
- Perform accurate data entry for all accounts
- Maintain accurate account records and processing of transactions as directed by on-line customers
- Good phone skills and previous Banking Customer Service is desired
- The ability to work overtime as needed, flexible schedule if need be
- Knowledge of WORD and EXCEL
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Attend meetings and prepare follow-up as needed.
- Set goals, prioritize and execute duties of the position.
- Manage documents, files and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner.
- Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.

- Complete company required training courses as assigned.
