Bank Teller

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client in the Banking Industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a temporary Bank Teller for a 60-day contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.

• Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and account maintenance requests.

• Promote bank products and services to customers based on their financial needs.

• Adhere to all banking regulations and security measures to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.

• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the branch.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or retail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.

Pay: $17.93/PHR
