Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client in the Banking Industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a temporary Bank Teller for a 60-day contract position.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and account maintenance requests.
Promote bank products and services to customers based on their financial needs.
Adhere to all banking regulations and security measures to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.
Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the branch.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
Pay: $17.93/PHR
Pay Details: $17.93 per hour
