The BSA Analyst serves as a key member of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) team and assists in various functions assigned by the Bank's BSA Officer with compliance of the Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Identification Program (CIP), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements. Provides data entry and clerical support as needed. Acts as a resource to all bank departments and employees to enforce BSA Compliance throughout the bank.

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.
This position is located on-site in West Allis, WI.
ResponsibilitiesInclusive of all BSA Analyst I major responsibilities.
Ability to review Customer Due Diligence questionnaires and risk ratings on all customers.
Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for customer identified as higher risk to the bank.
Monitor and track registration renewals for Money Service Businesses (MSBs) and Private ATM owners as well as other annual documentation as required by the Bank's procedures.
Responsible for the account/transaction monitoring through the use of various reports and the Bank's BSA software system.
Adhere the strict BSA related standards set forth by the Bank, as described through the Bank's BSA Policy and Procedures. Stay current with all BSA regulations.
Assist with performing BSA employee training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Minimum of two years banking experience including branch/platform experience and/or a minimum of one year direct work experience in BSA/AML area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint programs.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Involves regular contact with all levels of bank staff where excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Requires organizational and time management skills and the ability to work well independently and with others.
- Develop a working knowledge of Bank policy and procedures.
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of all customer information.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:
Must be able to operate a computer, copier/fax machine, calculator, telephone, ATM, DVR, etc.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending and reaching. May require light lifting. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to work independently and resolve problems. Must be effective in conflict resolution both with customers and employees. Must relate and interact with people at all levels in the Bank. Excellent observer and attentive listener.
