Job Summary

The role of Bank Reconciliation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate management of company funds through the management of reporting and process execution.
Responsibilities
Perform daily verification of cash and credit card settlements
Review chargeback processing and reporting
Request support and backup for credit card charges that are in dispute in partnership with the operations finance teams
Prepare journal entries to the general ledger
Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliations
Investigate and resolve reconciling items
Request change orders and armored car service
Assist with MID/TID requests
Submit wire and ACH requests
Prepare daily cash deposits
Field inquiries from locations
Assist with ad hoc projects
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Experience with credit card processing
SAP experience, strongly preferred
Minimum of 1 year related experience
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels
Detailed oriented and organized
