Band Saw Operator/Press Brake Operator

Monarch Technical Services is a full service, skilled manufacturing recruiting company.  We have been placing top candidates in lasting, stable positions since 1987.  Our client database consists of some of the top Chicagoland Manufacturing companies and have been customers for years.  Our client located in Elk Grove Village  is looking for an Band Saw Operator/Press Brake for their 1st shift. 

Band saw duties:
Operate and maintain the Band Saw
Keep the saw and area clean and organized
Keep inventory of all raw material (angle iron, round bar, flat bar, etc.)
Load/unload 20ft long material off the trucks and onto the racks
Brake press duties:
Assist the brake press operator in bending parts on the press brake
Eventually we’d like this person to fill in and operate the press brake 
More often then not they will be working with the press Brake Operator as there is a greater workload there then on the Band Saw.
Requirements:
Forklift experience
Knows how to read basic prints and measurements
How to use a tape measure
Press brake experience not necessary ( we will provide training )
Blanchard experience not necessary ( we will provide training )
