Description

The Ballpark Entertainment Coordinator will assist with day-to-day operations in preparation for Oakland A's game days. This position will assist in the execution of multiple events on any given game day. 


Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating basic static content for games
  • Help with event set up
  • Aid in creating scoreboard messages each gameday
  • Meet with Anthem Singer and first pitches to bring to sound check and then on the field
  • Update and send out logistics for all first pitches, anthems and DJs.
  • Manage arrivals of entertainment and work alongside stadium crew for set up
  • Log game day footage
  • Responsible for creating and sending internal video requests
  • Serve as the Field Producer for all A's home games, coordinating in-stadium promotions, and talent for all A's home games
  • Assist Gameday Crew Members and Managers with any job related tasks

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Exhibits exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in video and photo editing (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Avid Media Composer)
  • Work well in fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks
  • Acts with integrity and is respectful of others
  • An acute attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Major League Baseball
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays


In adherence to California's Pay Transparency Act (SB 1162), the base hourly rate for this role is $16.50, consistent with California's minimum wage requirement.
