Bakery Clerk

Sodexo is hiring a full time Baker at Endicott College!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $24.10/hour

Unit Requirements: At least 2+ years of experience as a baker in a fast pace, high volume environment. Must be able to pass bench test.

• Follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare items from scratch such as breads rolls, muffins etc
• Measures and mixes baking ingredients using a variety of devices
• Places products correctly in to prepared pan
• Regulates the temperatures of the ovens
• Able to operate ovens and proofers
• May direct and coordinate activities of bakery personnel
• Cleans and sanitizes work station
• Follows all applicable and regulatory rules
• Keeps bakery area organized , neat and clean
• Takes bakery inventory weekly
• Gives orders for needed product to production manager
