Assists Bakery Chef in all operations for homemade bakery/commissary using recipes and following procedures.
Responsibilities include: Preparation of all elements of desserts using recipes, icings, fillings, yeast doughs, cookie doughs, brittles, sauces and toppings. Cake layering, icing, decorating and cutting. Preparation of yeast raised doughnuts and breads. Dishwashing and Clean up.
Knowledge of basic baking procedures and desire to expand knowledge is preferred. This is a teaching kitchen. This is an ideal position for a person pursuing baking and pastry knowledge from entry level.

Pay: $16.78 - $19.68 per hour
