Bakers (Employees) / Shift Leaders for NEW Golf Mill Crumbl

We are looking for individuals (full or part-time) who:

- have (fairly) open availability (we are closed on Sundays, arrive as early as 6:30 a.m. Mon - Sat, leave around 10:30

- can stay productive (when not serving customers, we are making cookies, cleaning areas, making boxes, etc.)

- can maintain standards in cookie quality (simply following recipes and procedures) and customer service (welcoming EVERY guest that comes through the door)

VERY IMPORTANT - We are hiring for our Golf Mill location that will be opening in several weeks. We would LOVE for you to be able to work and travel to one of our other locations to train and get practice. We have locations in Skokie (preferred), Schaumburg, Buffalo Grove and Arlington Heights. If you are unable to work at these locations, that is ok, just know that our new location is not opening until late March (maybe early April). BUT, we can put you to work!!!

At Crumbl Cookies, warm milk chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookies are always on the menu, along with 120+ specialty flavors that rotate weekly. This Cookie company is changing the game and is finally opening in Buffalo Grove, IL as the first location in Illinois! The perfect candidate is a team player, reliable, ambitious and ready to grow! Crumbl will be growing quickly to more stores and are looking for individuals to grow as we scale! Responsibilities

· HAVE FUN!

· Assist with scheduling work and staffing hours

· Maintain excellent customer service at all levels

· Oversee operating line from start to finish of cookie prep to cookie delivery

· Must be extremely social, outgoing and enjoy customer interaction at the POS system and throughout the store!

Pay: $13.00 per hour plus tips to start (as a Baker - crew member) and $15 an hour plus tips for a Shift Leader. Opportunity for the right person to move into a Supervisor role ( $17.00 + tips) very quickly. (tips average around $2-3 per hour)
