Baker/Cookie Creator

We are looking for a baker to join our team and help our rapidly expanding cookie business continue to grow. If you have a passion for baking and enjoy working in a fast paced and FUN environment we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality cookies
• Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
• Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Decorating and displaying finished products in an appealing manner
• Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Keeping records relating to inventory, deliveries, and production output
• Ensure the bakery is well stocked
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing excellent customer service

Experience:

• Previous experience as a baker is preferred
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• Familiarity with various types of baking equipment and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

No previous baking experience required but is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
