About Evermore
Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World® featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®. The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings. Evermore is building a team that will bring these experiences to life in 2023 and is seeking individuals that want the challenge of building this exciting resort experience.
Position Summary: The Bag Room Attendant will play a key role in the daily operation of the golf courses. Attendants will greet golfers as they arrive, assist them with their golf bags, and direct them to the golf shop. They will also assist in the daily operation of the practice facility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To be a visible and helpful presence for golfers upon arrival and departure.
  • Help golfers prepare for their round by loading their bags onto golf carts and giving them proper directions to the golf shop and practice facility.
  • Attendants will greet guests as they return from golf and help them unload clubs from carts and assist with their departure.
  • Organize and manage golf bags, clubs, and other equipment in the bagroom.
  • Ensure golf carts are cleaned, charged, and ready for use at the start of each day.
  • Monitor and organize the golf cart fleet, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for golfers and staff.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience
  • Strong Golf knowledge preferred.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Inspired to always represent Evermore brand values and standards.
  • Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines/ instructions in English.
  • Sees the extra mile as their starting point in every interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to foster relationships with teammates, potential clients, and resort guests.
  • Comfortable with starting and maintaining conversations with guests and teammates.
  • Maintain the resort's integrity and prestige by complying with all golf, sales and operational standards, policies, procedures, manuals, memos and instructions.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays and rotating schedule.
  • Must be able to safely and effectively navigate a 1100-acre resort in order to facilitate and host events and guests as required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests to enhance the scope of their experience and diffuse and resolve guests' concerns.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
