Bagel Shop Helper

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Upsell additional items to customers to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Skills:
- Previous experience in a Bagel Shop setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Basic culinary knowledge to assist with food preparation and presentation
- Ability to upsell products and suggest menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals

This position requires a team player who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
