Shift: Full-Time Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Clearance: Active Secret (Preferred)
Location: Chantilly, VA.
Must have badging software knowledge and/or experience
2 years minimum experience in data entry
1-2 years administrative experience with customer service skills

Job Description:
This position is responsible for day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and other personnel authorized an identification badge have been processed in accordance with established client security policies. .
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, issue and/or ship picture badges for employees, contractors, and other authorized persons for the client sites.
2. Prepare and issue other credentials as required to support various projects.
3. Prepare access control system records and enter data into the access control database.
4. Work with client security to develop access level requirements along with any necessary time restrictions
5. Modify existing badging records for terminations, access changes, etc.
6. May answer telephone inquiries, questions regarding badge office policies, procedures
7. Other assigned duties
Job Requirements:
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 2-years badging software knowledge and/or experience
• 2-years (minimum) experience in data entry
• Must have at least 1-2 years administrative experience with strong customer service skills
• Possess strong computer skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively operate and manage security tools and processes.
• Possess strong communication skills in both the written and verbal format, in all delivery formats (i.e., in person, email. via telephone etc.)
• Strong keyboarding skills
• Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
