We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Backroom Coordinator to join our team. As a Backroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise in the backroom area. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our store.
```Responsibilities:```
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Sort and organize merchandise in the backroom
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of products
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom area
- Assist customers with locating merchandise when needed
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
