Form of workWe are Now Hiring a Back Server/Busser to join our team! The hourly pay is $11.25 per hour, plus cash tips ($50 - $100 per day!). We are a fast paced, high volume Brunch restaurant that has morning and afternoon shifts available (no night shifts, we close at 5 pm!).

- Welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus.
- Serving waters and introducing the Server once they are seated.
- Making rollups with silverware and napkins
- Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
- Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
- Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
- Delivering food to tables
- Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
- Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
- Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Able to handle high volumes
- Strong organizational skills
