Position Type:
- Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Compensation:
- $20 an hour.
- Earn a $0.25 raise per quarter.
- Within 3 months of opening, 1 Manager will be promoted to Director ($25 an hour) based on performance, leadership, and problem-solving ability.

Front of House Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring new team members.
- Set team goals, work towards accomplishing them and celebrate the wins.
- Develop and grow the team's capabilities through intentional coaching.
- Hold the team accountable to all standards and lead by example.
- Provide feedback and encouragement often.
- Lead meetings with Shift Leaders and Team Leaders.
- Represent the BOH at Director level meetings.
- Schedule shifts for assigned team.
- Confirm checklists are being completed to standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure disciplinary action is given fairly and consistently.
- Assess current systems and implement ideas for improvement.
- Assist with inventory management and catering operations.
- Submit and receive truck, bread and produce orders.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Prepare, cook, and assemble safe food fast and accurately.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A food safety standards.
- Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including fries, breading, food preparation, and dishwashing.
- Keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times.
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment.
- Report maintenance issues to leadership.
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
