Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Back of House, including food preparation, inventory management, and quality control
• Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays
