Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, songs, arts and crafts, STEAM and group activities
- Provide guidance and support to campers in developing social skills and positive behavior
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment
-May require travel to other YMCA BSC/ASC sites.
Skills:
- Experience working with children or students in a early childhood education, babysitting, daycare, or tutoring setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles or behavior management techniques
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
- Passion for working with children and creating a fun and enriching camp experience

Pay: $11.25 - $11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 29 per week
