SalaryOverview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in our community. As a Babysitter/Nanny, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children under your care. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about childcare and enjoy working with children of all ages. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and compassionate care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times - Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of the children - Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as educational games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and reading - Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or allergies - Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including diapering, toileting, bathing, and dressing - Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up toys, washing dishes used during mealtime, and doing light housekeeping related to the children's areas - Collaborate with parents to establish routines and schedules that meet the needs of the children - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise Skills: - Proven experience in toddler care, daycare, nannying, or related childcare roles - Ability to engage with children of different ages and adapt to their individual needs - Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities - Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with both children and parents - First aid certification or willingness to obtain one - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents and provide updates on the child's well-being - Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude when faced with challenges or unexpected situations We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
