Nittany Nannies requirements:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children of various ages
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to play and learn
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play
- Prepare meals and snacks for children, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or preferences
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a clean and organized space for the children, including tidying up toys and doing light housekeeping related to the children's needs
- Follow any specific instructions or routines provided by parents regarding the care of their children

- Previous experience in caregiving, babysitting, or working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the needs of multiple children
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children of all ages
- Ability to adapt to different household environments and follow specific instructions from parents
