Babysitter/Nanny

Job Summary:
We are a family of 5 in SE Boise. Two kids in high school and a 3 month old boy! We are looking for a nanny who can work flexible hours and be with us for many years to come.

We would like someone who can work flexible hours. We are willing to work with you on hours if you are a college student, but in general we'd like someone available in the mornings, some afternoons, and a night or two a week. We likely will have changing schedules as the months and years evolve, but we can work with you to ensure it works for your schedule as well.

We would like you to occasionally travel with us on trips throughout the West. We frequently fly private and would love to have you join us from time to time on these vacations.

The ideal candidate is someone that we can trust with our child, who we get along with, who has a pleasant demeanor and who is tender and nurturing with children.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a safe and secure environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as educational games, crafts, and outdoor play
- Maintain a clean and organized space for the children's activities
- Follow established routines and schedules to ensure consistency for the children
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure the well-being of the children at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in preschool, toddler care, babysitting, or nannying roles is preferred
- Knowledge of infant care practices is essential
- Familiarity with basic first aid procedures
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both children and parents
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
