Job Overview:

Join our team as a babysitter and provide top-tier childcare in hotels, homes, and at special events supporting busy parents. Our Agency's goal is to ensure that parents can focus on their tasks while being confident that their children are in good hands.

Job Details:

Kreative Kidz Agency, based in Towson, MD, offers babysitters the chance to be part of an elite childcare team. We offer flexible, part-time roles where you decide your schedule. We cater to children from newborn to 12 years, with opportunities available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

*Each shift is a minimum of 4 hours.

Hiring Requirements:

• 2 years of recent professional childcare experience (e.g., nannying, daycare, teaching).
• 2 professional references (not family or friends) for experience verification.
• Over 18 and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation; willing to travel ±30 miles for assignments.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ready to obtain/renew.
• Pass state and national background checks, including a sex offender check.
• Clear a 5-panel drug test.
• 12 hours of continuing childcare training yearly and attending a company information session.
• Fluent in English.
