B2B Ticket Tracking Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review and analyze ticket data trends to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
• Monitor ticket updates for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines and procedures
• Conduct regular audits of ticket updates to ensure compliance with standards and identify training needs
• Stay up to date with product and service knowledge and process changes
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience
• Interact and attend regular meetings with the client

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in English and Korean languages – must be able to speak, read and write in both
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build, maintain, and strengthen all interpersonal relationships with co-workers, clients, and partners
• Proficient in using Data Analysis tools
• Strong analytical skills to review and interpret data trends, identifying areas for improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Adaptable in an experimental work environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (not required)

• Detailed technical knowledge of, but not limited to, VD products: TV, Signage
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Management, Administrative Support or a similar/relevant field

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Work Location and Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Ridgefield Park, New Jersey
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at home

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
