Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing relationships with existing clients, building new relationships, and completing employee benefit enrollments.
- Identify Human Resources / Business Owner / CFO employee benefit processes.
- Utilize CRM system to identify business prospects.
- Attend advanced sales training meetings.
- Complete marketing reports.
- Court potential clients with company sponsored luncheons.
- Grow our marketing reach throughout the Austin marker.

Experience:
- 1 year of business to business or direct sales experience is required
- Knowledge of operating iOS for our mobile sales platform
- Reliable transportation and driver's license
