Join us at Landing as a B2B Marketing Manager! In this role, you will join our Marketing team and be responsible for building and optimizing the marketing sales funnel for Autopilot. Autopilot helps new multifamily developments transform vacant apartment homes into custom-designed, furnished Landings. You will use your B2B experience to boost lead volume and contribute to the yearly Autopilot supply goal.

This is a 6 month contract role based in New York City, with the potential to transition into full time employment.

What You'll Do:- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for AutoPilot from scratch.
- Measure performance by defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure the success of AutoPilot initiatives. Leverage insights to make data driven decisions on future campaigns to maximize impact.
- Create dashboards to showcase performance, understand trends and discover opportunities.
- Recommend and implement best practices in creative strategy and landing page design to improve campaign efficacy.
- Identify and test paid and unpaid channels to reach the desired audience. Will require expertise in and direct management of channels such as: LinkedIn, Search, Direct Mail, etc.
- Partner with the Sales and Operations teams to identify and prioritize key areas of opportunity (regions, buildings, etc)
- This role will be based in the New York City Office.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the tech or real estate sectors.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including both paid and non-paid.
- Experience creating budget proposals and building estimated impact models.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that lead to impactful results.
- Experience with two sided marketplaces
