DESCRIPTION • Apply technical knowledge and business insights to support the deployment and administration of our cloud solution. • Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of efficiency, meet the highest security standards, are maintainable and reusable while being reliable at the time of deployment. • Collaborate with DevOps and Development in enhancing our product. • Support Quality Assurance Engineers to improve automated testing and collaborate with DevOps Engineers to increase automation levels. • Ensure proper documentation is created and maintained (change management, service descriptions and project documentation, others as needed). • Maintain technical skills, knowledge of market trends and competitive insights. • Monitoring cloud management metrics and storage services • Keep up to date with new Azure technologies, using the knowledge to identify and define a new processes or system improvement opportunities. • Identifying, analysing, and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues.
