Job Description
Should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in AWS.
•Should have good understanding of AWS Services like EC2, S3, ECR, Route53, Lambda, ALB/ELB, Application Gateway, VPC, Docker
•Have exposure on Kafka, ELK, ElasticseClienth/OpenSeClienth, CloudWatch, Cloud Trail.
•Exposure in troubleshooting production issues through appropriate log analysis.
•Should have strong understanding on Linux OS platform with some knowledge on Windows environment.
•Good Understanding of ITIL best practices (Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Management).
•Experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira or ManageEngine.
•Self-motivated, excellent team player and pro-active with demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
•Excellent communication skills - Verbal as well as written.
Nice to Have
•Experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices
•Experience in developing systems for AWS meeting high availability, performance, security and scalability criteria.
•Knowledge and experience in Apache Storm, REST API development, Microservices using Spring boot.
•ITIL Foundation Certification
•WS Solution Clienthitect Associate Certification
