What we need:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader with a passion for people and vision for growing both business and consumer lending.
Position Overview:
As the AVP of Lending, you will work under the general direction of the Sr VP of Lending to manage all operational aspects of production and performance within the Consumer Lending department. This includes both direct and indirect channels.
Additional responsibilities:
- Oversees Consumer Loan Department functions and supervises Department staff;
- Oversee Loan Servicing Manager and Department
- Oversee the Business Loan Officer to include calling on businesses
- Serve in the capacity of a senior loan officer
What you’ll need:
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- A (1) 2 year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing or (3) completion of a specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster sound relationships with other entities and motivate and influence your team
