AVP of Finance

RCN Capital, LLC is a national, direct private lender providing time-sensitive, bridge financing to real estate investors to fund the purchase of non-owner occupied residential and commercial properties, provide bridge loans, and provide real estate-backed lines of credit. We?re seeking a VP of Finance to provide expertise and support to RCN so that we can continue to grow our market share.

As the AVP of Finance, this role will be reporting directly to the CFO and servicing as an integral member to the management team at RCN. The AVP of Finance will be responsible for many different initiatives, including but not limited to, managing RCN?s fiscal strategies, overseeing RCN?s balance sheet and liquidity forecasting, oversight of capital initiatives, product development, and much more. This role will also include tremendous exposure across the company as expectations will include daily interactions with every department at RCN. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage/Oversee RCN?s Balance Sheet initiatives, including management and oversight of short- and long-term liquidity forecasting and daily liquidity management
• Ownership of all of RCN?s Capital Relationships/Initiatives
• Oversee loan-level execution for all products, primarily in loan sale initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, producing, and reviewing data tapes, solving diligence exceptions, ensuring each loan is sent to most economical execution, etc.
• Responsible for setting and managing RCN?s loan products/guidelines as well as oversee internal operations as it pertains to credit standards and operations
• Responsible for setting RCN?s loan level pricing as well as ensuring profitable execution via all of RCN?s capital strategies
• Oversight and management of RCN?s warehouse facilities and other debt/equity outlets
• Oversight of RCN?s Credit and Risk performance ratings on both a loan level as well as company level
• Oversee product development across all RCN?s platforms through stress testing, guideline maintenance, capital raising, etc.
• Ability to create, assign, and maintain financial reporting and forecasts to assess a wide variety of company-level analytics
• Ad Hoc and Misc. Projects and tasks as assigned by CFO
• Ability to understand competitive landscape and ensure products and price are developed in a way to maximize RCN?s market concentration
