Staffers LLC is a leading staffing agency that connects talented professionals with exciting career opportunities. We are currently representing a dynamic and innovative infrastructure consulting firm seeking a skilled Aviation Project Manager to join their widely respected and growing Aviation Division in New Jersey.

What you would be doing: (Responsibilities)

• Manage multi-disciplinary Aviation Projects in New England.
• Assist in developing client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality products and superior client service.
• Plan and schedule work efforts on multiple airport improvement projects.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead and present at meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Maintain and grow the client base in the Southeast.
• Actively participate in industry organizations and events.

Who you are: (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Licensed Professional Engineer with additional state licenses preferred
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in aviation-related design, project planning, programming, and project/task management services for commercial and general aviation airports
• Knowledge of and experience in the New England aviation market, including funding sources
• Working knowledge of design software packages such as AutoCAD and Civil3D
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• An incredible salary rate from 107k - 130K yr. based on experience.
