The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) manages the candidate selection process to aid in hiring top-quality employees and growing the company. The TAS role requires full-cycle recruiting including reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, administering pre-employment assessments, coordinating with the hiring managers, and representing Ford to potential employees during the hiring process. The TAS will recruit for a wide variety of roles including technicians, engineers, project managers, Sales, and corporate roles across the US.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Adept at networking and building relationships
- Comfortable presenting to groups/individuals both in-person and virtually
- Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Prior experience in human resources, recruiting and/or sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communication preferred
Established in 1973, Ford AV employs 550+ with offices across the United States. As an AV commercial integrator, Ford installs systems in arenas, airports, entertainment venues, houses of worship, healthcare facilities, corporate offices, schools and even stadiums. Typical AV systems include digital signage, video walls, sound systems, and videoconferencing. In addition, Ford designs intricate lighting systems for performance halls and broadcast television. Ford also installs network operation centers (NOC) for telecommunication providers and systems within command and control rooms for the US military. Most systems are digital, controlled using software designed by Ford’s engineers and consistently monitored by two dedicated software development teams.
