Doug Smith Autoplex is not only a great place to work, but we have amazing benefits as well! We are looking for a person, looking to work full-time, to help in our business development center (BDC). 

This is definitely the funnest department in the Autoplex! We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401k, paid time off (after 1 year), and free online college through Strayer University. We are starting at $15/hr plus bonus. 

We hope to find a charismatic person who is eager to learn and grow with our company. This person should:

• Be a motivated self-starter.

• Have a high-school diploma or equivalent education.

• Be 18 or older.

• Have a clean driving record and driver's license.

• Be available to work full-time, including some Saturdays

In this great new position, you’ll be taking inbound phone calls and assisting customers to schedule service appointments, as well as communicating over the phone, text and email with our customers. If you already know a little about cars and are computer savvy, that can be helpful, but if you’re willing to learn, we can teach you what you need to know.
