We are a high-volume dealership in Herculaneum MO. with an immediate need to expand operations and add an experienced Title and Billing Clerk to our team.
This is a FULL-TIME position with Benefits, Paid Vacation and CAREER GROWTH opportunities!

Responsibilities:
- Proper costing of all vehicles sold.
- Vehicle transactions to accounting.
- Preparation of tax and title documents
- Dealer reserve statement reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Submission of loan paperwork to banks
- Manage and reconcile floor plan reconciliations.
- Process vehicle warranties
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and secure private information.
- Stock vehicles into inventory
- Prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and requirements.
- Prepare checks for payoffs and customers, as necessary.
- Process aftermarket cancellations
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of State and National Titling laws and Filing requirements
- 2 + Years in Automotive Title and Billing experience
- Professional Appearance and Attitude
- General Accounting Experience
- Excellent Communication and Organization skills
- Experience using Dealer Track DMS is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
