The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. This position is located at our SeaTac Service Center: 2006 S. 146th St., SeaTac, WA 98168. The pay range for this position is $34 / hour to $40 / hour based on experience (Certifications/ASE/OEM). Employees in this position earn between $34 - $49 / hour depending on length of service and certifications. We are looking for somone to work the 6am-2:30pm shift. This is a safety sensitive position subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis. Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levelsPerform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelinesRepair and replace tiresReplacement of wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repairComply with part and inventory tracking proceduresProvide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all servicesMay process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backsFollow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standardsMaintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standardsPerform related duties as required.Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.Degree in Automotive Technology, Completion of Automotive Technical College or Technical vocational training preferred. 4+ current and valid ASE certifications required OR OEM training/CertificationMust have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test including cannabis.
