Position Overview

Ready to launch your career as an Automotive Technician? Join us in Duncan, OK, and become a vital part of our team. You'll work closely with experienced professionals across various departments and learn how to diagnose, test, and repair vehicles using advanced computerized diagnostics equipment. While experience in designations like Automobile (A 1-9), Medium/Heavy Truck (T 1-8), School Bus (S 1-7), and Transit Bus (H 1-8) is valuable, it's not mandatory. We'll provide the training you need. Our entry-level position may require personal tools, but you'll also have the opportunity to obtain a Commercial Driver's License with passenger and air brake endorsement, and we'll support your journey. You'll work on achieving an efficiency level of eighty-five percent or greater and will be on the path to passing ASE certification tests. Your willingness to learn, maintain a positive attitude, and deliver quality work are all we need.

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing, testing, and repairing vehicles using computerized diagnostics equipment
• Performing inspections and repairs following established procedures
• Handling light and medium duty repairs, including heating and air conditioning, electrical and electronic systems, brakes, manual drivetrain, axles, suspension, and steering
• Safely operating all shop equipment
• Taking direction and consistently delivering high-quality work
• Maintaining and protecting company-owned property
• Following company safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area

Minimum Job Requirements

To qualify for this entry-level position, you should have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required—We'll train you!

Physical Requirements

This role may require:

• The ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
