Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. The Auto Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, ensuring a positive buying experience and fostering long-term customer relationships. Hourly wages plus bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences and requirements.
• Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to highlight features and benefits. Address customer inquiries and concerns with product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with transparency and integrity.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in our inventory.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about various makes and models.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitive products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Keep accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• No sales experience is needed (on the job training)
• Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service
• Ability to work independently and be a self motivator
• Valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
