Compensation:
Joining Main Street Automotive means a competitive compensation package, with mobile Service Technicians earning between $55,000 and $80,000 annually.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive brake systems and components to specification.
- Clearly communicate diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including customers.
- Operate a mobile service vehicle daily and maintain its organization and cleanliness.
- Adhere to company uniform and personal hygiene requirements.
- Arrive on time for work and complete assigned tasks.
- Occasionally diagnose and repair automotive components and mechanical systems of company-owned vehicles.
- Keep company management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
- Perform all job functions with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- ASE certification in brakes (or currently apprenticing and nearing qualification for testing).
- 3 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance without visible violent, gang-related tattoos, piercings, or body modifications.
- Charming, friendly, courteous, kind, and respectful personality.
