Responsibilities That Drive Success:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate our team of Service Writers, and Technicians
- Collaborate with the Warranty Administrator to ensure accurate documentation for OEM warranty jobs
- Schedule and coordinate with technicians for top-notch service training
- Provide insightful daily reporting to the General Manager, focusing on Service Lane goals
- Maintain a smooth operation by monitoring technician time tickets and payroll records
- Foster a safe and productive work environment
- Keep customers in the loop with courteous updates on services
- Strive for excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) records
Requirements for the Road:
- Previous experience with XTime and Auto/Mate systems (bonus, but not required)
