Automotive Service Center Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager with a strong background in dealership management to join our growing, family-owned dealership. The perfect candidate for this role is knowledgeable, results-driven, energetic, and a motivated individual who recognizes the value of hard work and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Automotive Service department
• Ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize department productivity and profitability
• Monitor and analyze department performance metrics
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, loyalty, and commitment
• Utilize DealerTrack and other vital software and tools to streamline operations (knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus)
• Maintain CSI minimum standards
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in dealership management, specifically managing at least 25 employees
• Proven track record of achieving departmental target and driving profitability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Service operations and industry best practices
• Familiarity with DealerTrack software preferred
• High level of loyalty and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation:

This role offers a commission-based pay structure, based on experience, with earnings ranging from $8,000 to $11,000 per month. depending on department production.
